In our Milan office, in an international context, we are looking for a **E-commerce Trading and Merchandiser M/W**!

**The Role**:
You are responsible to drive and execute online commercial, merchandising and product content strategy and related activities across Rossignol and Dynastar-Lange online store in North America.
You work with European Headquarters teams, product managers, digital marketing and customer service.
This role reports to the Ecommerce Trading & E-merchandising Manager.
**Your missions will include**:
- Seasonal catalogue building
- Coordinate online merchandising activities (ad hoc page creation, product sorting, cross-sell and up-sell, etc)
- Pricing maintenance activities, including promo and end of season sale price uploads/updates.
- Upload of content on the site CMS including but not limited to homepage banners, page headers, promotional banners and other assets when needed.
- Support marketing with online content activities, both text, imagery and links for banners and newsletters ensuring products featured in marketing content are always seasonally relevant and aligned to commercial strategy.
- Take care of the products and categories supporting SEO optimization.
- Help with site testing and bug reporting both for maintenance activities and new projects.
**TRADING**:
- Understand company strategy and contribute to the action plan to reach goals
- Participate to sales, margin and cost budget for each business unit
- Manage sales analysis, reporting, individuate opportunities to maximize sales and margin.
- Contribute to ecommerce commercial calendar, content, promotions and markdown activities aligning with retail, wholesale and marketing.
- Collaborate with operations team for UX-UI analysis and A/B tests with the goal of optimizing on site experience and conversion rate.
**WEB MERCHANDISING**:
- Work with the DTC planning/buying team to define the right assortment for ecom channel based on sales history, trends, company goals
- Manage catalogue build and product content production and go live in line with seasonal timelines to meet commercial needs
- Roll-out all web merchandising activities such as product sorting, on site search management, cross sell and up sell based on business goals and collection architecture
- Manage merchandising KPIs analysis about sales and stock and reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal base; identify opportunities and manage actions accordingly
- Stay abreast on trends and technology and suggest tools implementation for enhanced merchandising or brief the technical team based on needs
- Build business cases to foresee performance/ROI of a commercial calendar actions / project
- Support site maintenance and new features development by performing UAT
**CONTENT**:
- Understanding cross department dynamics, build the eCommerce go to market calendar, maintain the calendar constantly updated
- Brief brand marketing team for product imagery and ensure it is relevant and consistent for the brand and meets commercial needs at the same time, coordinate for product publication calendar
**SEO & DIGITAL MARKETING**:
- Coordinate the execution and maintenance of the website SEO strategy with the Digital Marketing Agency
- Liaise with agency for Digital Analytics needs and insights
**Your profile**:
**You have**:
- 2+ years experiences as same/similar role in an e-commerce department that give you DTC channel understanding and omni-channel approach in a multicultural environment
- Experiences with online merchandising tools (google analytics/adobe, onsite search, upsell/cross sell tools, personalization) to manage web storefront, curating product categories, product pages, ad units, etc.
- Experiences with performance marketing activities & SEO
- **You are fluent in English as main language in the team is English**:
- French or Italian will be a plus
**Your skills**:
- Your expertise gives you solid Excel skills, and strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Salesforce, Magento, etc) that allow you to work back-end administration to manage web storefront, curating product categories, product pages, ad units, pricelists etc.
- You have a solid analytical background and skills.
- Skills and interest of ecommerce systems, internet technologies and user shopping journey insights to drive merchandise sales, customer acquisition and retention.
