Four Corners is a recruiter specialised in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Fashion, Luxury and Lifestyle market.

On behalf of an important Premium Brand, we are looking for a:

E-Commerce Visual Merchandiser

The E-commerce Visual Merchandiser is responsible to drive brand analysis and understanding of customer behavior to maximize net sales.

He/She will work to secure the on-site execution and digital communication, to grant the right timing, presentation, and local relevance, ensuring clear shopping experience and stories presentation across the brand's online store, for the overall look and trade results of the brand's E-commerce.

The E-commerce Visual Merchandiser will be involved in relaunching the online image of the brand across all key geographies, boost the brand awareness, grow the traffic and conversion rate thanks to the correct buying, display, and web marketing campaigns.

Responsible to monitor all the key performance indicators, maintaining clear weekly, monthly and yearly visions.

Main responsibilities:

Ensures all digital platforms are continuously optimized for that brand's look and feel with clear stories and locally relevant content, that is in line with the Brand DNA

Creating concept and market specific activities on the website, and mail communication channels, ensuring the messaging is in line with the brand's business idea and brand DNA

Continue to develop technological expertise to maximize efficiency within the role

Evaluate actions taken for the concept, identifying strengths and opportunities to create a more relevant shopping experiencefor the existing and target customers

Work closely with Global VM/Marketing team to secure the local needs on tactical materials and being relevant to the customers

Ensure to be up to date and understand current fashion trends, customer shopping behaviour and competitor landscape, to anticipate and meet the customer needs

Ensure that all the digital sales channels are always inspiring and relevant for our customers

Strong collaboration with the local e-commerce merchandising team to create a concept commercial plan with the goal to maximize sales & customer experience for the brand.

Profilo

**Requirements**:

Significant experience as E-commerce Visual Merchandiser or similar position, in a similar fashion company

Proven track record of improving performance of a similar site

Significant experience in managing an international team, among international geographies

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn analysis into actions

Previous experience and strong knowledge of working within different content management systems ( CMS)

Great passion for the fashion world, aware of the competitors in the key geographies, with a strong eye for future trends to transition the brand in the most successful way to the re-launch in the market

Confident communicator

Good stakeholder management skills, influencing and managing complex relationships

Good planning and organising skills with effective time management, ability to juggle workloads

Experience of cross functional working and coordination

Problem solver with a solution oriented approach

Experience in processes development

Fluency in English and Italian
