The e-Concession Operation Intern will join the e-Business & Omnichannel Department, in specific of the new e-Concession Business Unit. The mission is to contribute to the success of Valentino e-Concession business, supporting the smooth operation, driving revenue growth, and elevating the overall customer experience. The responsibilities will revolve around assisting in the management of online concessions, ensuring inventory accuracy, optimizing product listings, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Additionally, the e-Concession Operation Intern will collaborate closely with various teams such as e-Commerce, marketing, sales, and logistics to ensure alignment and achieve key objectives. Dedication, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit will be essential in achieving Valentino objectives in the dynamic and competitive e-concession landscape.
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Active role on e-store managements activities**: digital catalogue creation & publication monitoring, maintaining accurate product data, pricing, stock availability, provide feedback on third parties' asset & enrichment requests.
Set-up of promotions and special activations such as seasonal sales, pre-order, gift card promo, according to the management directions.
Support the launch of new products and new seasons, making sure go-live calendar is respected.
**Support on project management**: flows definition and operational processes and workflows' implementation to improve efficiency and productivity.
Active role on the daily relationship with internal & external partners: problem solving, issues resolution and reporting activities. Act as escalation point in case of issues related to Digital Marketplaces' catalogue and collection publication or orders and returns fulfilment.
Relationship with warehouse, support on monitoring order flow from order acquisition to order shipment/invoice in compliance with agreed SLA (ensuring on-time shipment and delivery).
Collaborate with the technology team to identify and resolve operational issues related to e-tailers systems and tools.
Active role on collecting data & KPI, SLA monitoring and reporting.
Collaborate proactively with other departments (Buying, Merchandising, Logistics, Finance, IT, Buying, Product Compliance, After Sales, Marketing & Communication and many others).
**Requirements**:
Master's degree in Business, Management, Ecommerce, Fashion Management and similar field
Intermediate skills in Microdoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Power Point)
Attention to details, ability to prioritize different tasks and strong organizational skills
Motivation, proactivity, flexibility skills and analytic mindset are a must
Fluency in English both written and spoken is required
Good team player and communication skills
Passion and knowledge of the Luxury Fashion and e-commerce ecosystems
Experience using databases with a large-scale is a plus
Knowledge and experience on SAP/Qlik/Storm/Mirakl platform will be a plus
Previous experience with Farfetch or other e-players will be considered a plus
