**As part of the Supply Chain Department, Logistic and Transport Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions**:

- Plan the daily activities based on capacity of 3PL

- Daily cooperation with E-Commerce and Purchasing teams in Sephora HQ

- Manage relationship with the logistic operator and to couriers

- Update a dashboard for e-commerce activities follow up and share it on a weekly bases

- Manage GWP (gifts and testers) related to inbound activities

- Face eventual abnormalities and issues

- Measure performances on service level

- Put in place and monitor an efficient return process

- Ensure alignment between physical stock and availability on the web site

- Monitor IT flows

**Who we are looking for**:

- Almost 1/2 years of experience in warehouse/logistic

- Data analysis and reporting skills

- Fluent level of English is mandatory

- E-Commerce expertise is a plus
