Integration Complexity: Overcoming the challenges associated with integrating complex ePowertrain systems into various vehicle platforms while ensuring compatibility and optimal performance. Performance Optimization: Continuously improving the efficiency, reliability, and performance of ePowertrain systems through innovative design solutions and rigorous testing methodologies. Regulatory Compliance: Staying abreast of evolving regulations and standards related to electric vehicle technology to ensure compliance and mitigate potential risks. Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborating effectively with diverse teams including electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, software development, and manufacturing to achieve seamless integration and alignment of ePowertrain systems. Emerging Technologies: Keeping up with advancements in ePowertrain technology such as battery technologies, electric motor design, and power electronics to drive innovation and maintain competitive edge. Sc or PhD in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience on HV componentsDifferent seniority will be considered for different specific rolesExperience with requirements managementGreat knowledge of HV architecture, system and componentsGood knowledge of Electric/Hybrid vehicle architectureIt is not required compulsorily (nor is it limited to), but it is considered a plus:

Knowledge of PLM toolsKnowledge of requirements tracking tools like IBM DOORS, Polarion, Jira (or equivalent)Knowledge of safety critical standardsKnowledge of RAMS and FMEA/FMECA AnalysisFluency in English is (absolutely) a mustWillingness to travel or relocateThe 5 basic principles of employeneurshipA long-term working relationship: Enjoy the security of a long-term contract and a stable source of income while getting the opportunity to work on diverse projects.
