Acqua di Parma is currently looking for a e-Retail Specialist to join our International Sales team based in Milan.

Reporting to the eBusiness and CRM Manager, he/she will have the following responsibilities:

- Support the achievement on target revenues: sales, market share and strategic objectives

- Main HQ contact for online sales, activation and requests coming from Acqua di Parma markets

- Creation of e-Retail guidelines: merchandising, digital content, budget, launches

- Business development and coordination: reports, seminars, workshops, digital projects

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous experience in e-Business: e-Commerce or e-Retail

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical skill

- Ability to interact with different markets and teams

- Entrepreneurial approach

- Ability to work under pressure and to manage several projects at the same time

- Proficiency in Italian and English (other languages will be considered a plus)

- Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
