To accelerate this growth, we are looking for an **E-Store Manager** for our Italian website.
**In a nutshell, what's the job?
Your main missions will be to ensure our website works, is attractive, and that we reach our targeted sales/margin.
In charge of the commercial plan, you will ensure the website reflects our business and marketing strategy and that it's working properly.
You follow web KPIs (most viewed pages, internal search performance, check out funnel, ) and leverage actions to improve convertion rate and basket size.
**What will you do?
Create and implement the commercial plan:
- Write the commercial plan and validate it with Finance Manager/Country Director
- In collaboration with Finance Manager : you define mark-up strategy and present it to the group
- In collaboration with Finance Manager: you define pricing strategy at a category/family level, taking seasonality into account
- You're in charge of confirming the best markdown analysis method, deciding and implementing markdowns, in sync with the validatated Commercial Plan
- In charge of discount
- Prepare and coordinate the brief with our web designer
- Parameter commercial operations
- Be the main contact with translation and publication team
- Analyse competitors and recommend new commercial operations to be tested
Measure and analyze our product offer:
- Structure the product offer in order to optimize customer experience online and to optimize marketing leverages (customer journey onsite, promotion, landing pages)
- Implement product ranking: internal and external brands (optimisation, animation and analysis of the merchandising strategy and impact on the conversion rate)
- Analyse strength/relevance of our product offer on the Italian market
- Give feedback to product teams to develop or complete the offer
- Benchmark in order to validate our strategy vs competitors (especially on prices, products, services, ) and help to implement corrective actions if necessary
Improve conversion rate:
- Optimise the customer journey: e-merchandising, ranking, filters navigation, internal search
- Ensure project roadmaps are respected
- Manage products publication and settings: meet deadlines, ensure quality of product descriptions,
Monitor sales and analyze performance:
- Analyze performance and pilot actions to achieve objectives
- Implement specific or corrective actions to increase sales
**Who are you?
You're curious, polyvalent and filled with energy!
- You are fluent in Italian and English.
French is a plus.
- You are a team player.
- You have a bachelor's degree in digital marketing/international business
- You have a first experience in a similar position (3- 5 years)
- You know the digital environment and master Microsoft Office.
- You like operational tasks and have an entrepreneur state of mind.
