**Mission

Support in daily activities the E-Commerce Lead to increase performances and accelerate online growth.

Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Assure an excellent customer experience across all devices to reach the Omnichannel synergy.

**Main Responsibilities

- Contribute to build the e-store commercial plan to secure sales and margin objectives

- Daily, weekly, monthly sales forecasting, monitoring and reporting

- Monitor and optimize KPIs

- Be able to provide data-driven insight and conducting deep dives

- Work closely with Sales team to deliver a unique omnichannel experience to customer

- Collaborate with Category team and brands

- Improve CR for landing pages and exploit top keyword strategy for content production

- Work closely with eMerchandising team to align on launches

- Assure the visibility of the fidelity program on site

- Participating in the implementation of new eCommerce project

- Contribution of all mandatory assets for launch of new projects

- Contribute in spreading the Omnichannel strategy and culture in all the HO

**Profile Requirements

- Strong Internet culture and sensitivity to e-commerce issues

- A first experience in business

- Knowledge of SalesForce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) is a plus

- Fluent in English

- Good management of stress and workload and people, analytical skills and interpersonal sensitivity
