Product Data Health Quality Specialist under the leadership of the E2E Data Excellence - Product Data Health Quality Leader is responsible for providing support toward the progress of product data with respect to Quality PLM system.
- Partner with E2E Data Excellence - Product Data Health team in the establishment of shelf to ingredient connectivity across various systems to ensure sustainable foundation of product data spine is established to enable future data needs.
- Ensure global socialization, training and documentation materials are established and maintained.
- Support continuous improvement in governance, business process and refinement of product data rules.
- Execute the strategic direction for maturing Product Data Spine into other adjacent systems, establishing the digital thread to enable connectivity of data system to system.
All in pursuit of the Consumer Health Digital First initiative to identify and bring to life automated solutions for the business.
- Support the Consumer tru Specification Process Owner, collaborate activities with all sites and functions, ensuring the global alignment of the tru specification management processes.
- Ensure document adherence and ongoing monitoring to global product data health traceability models.
- Collaborate with business partners on training, change management, SOP revisions, ensure the specifications management life cycle processes meet minimum regulatory requirements and business data needs.
- Contribute to design, documentation, execution of any automated solutions for example life cycle management of specifications.
- Incorporate business partner feedback into applicable Data Quality Index rules and Right First-Time improvements and provide consistent metrics based on outputs from E2E product data governance forums.
**Qualifications** Position Requirements**:
- Undergraduate degree in technical or life science or equivalent years of experience.
- Four (4) years-experience in the field of Quality Systems and Compliance within regulated medical industry
- Collaborates with site and global business functions to integrate and ensure implementation of effective specifications management, product data and E2E strategies that support the business strategies.
- Experience with cross functional partnership & communication with business colleagues at different levels
- Project management and problem-solving skills, including issue resolution and root-cause analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to develop and maintain relationships/partnerships and to work collaboratively both internally and externally
**Preferred Requirements/Competencies**:
- Change management and Project management experience is highly desired
- Ability to communicate well across groups and leadership not in your direct reporting line is highly desired
- Experience in a Global role preferred
- Experience in data management highly desirable
- Experience with development and implementation of efficient and effective quality system processes is highly desired
