We're hiring an E2E System Engineer, within the Observation system department/E2E System Design and Verification unit, he/she has to support the E2E System Engineering activities. Task description:Developing scientific algorithms in the fields of SAR remote sensing, image processing and mission analysisEngineering Requirements Analysis and flow-down activity;Developing of mathematical models and budgets for optical payload performance;Mission Analysis for Satellites Optical Systems;Calibration activities for already operative SAR Systems;Knowledge of System physical and functional architecture of satellite systems;End-to-End Verification approach definition and execution;Writing technical documents, project reports. Personal requirements:The ideal candidate has to be educated to Engineering master degree, preferentially with a Ph. D.

In addition, a distinctly propensity to team working is required, jointly with strong analytical and technical skills, problem solving capability, solid knowledge of statistical methods for temporal and spatial analysis of scientific data.
