ABB is seeking an IS-EAI Functional Analyst with a also technical background in Integration.

In particular with knowledge in Sales, Purchasing, Logistic and Finance Integration.

You will support projects and implementations at Global Level in all country supported by EAI Service.

**This position reports to**:

IS Service Owner

**Your responsibilities**:

Collect and analyze ABB requirements coming business divisions from all Global countries.

Understand Business processes.

Provide expert advice.

Design and assist in the development of business process descriptions.

- Analyze and understand Divisions' Demand, coming from the sites of the cluster (Globally), identify the optimum IS solutions and ensure delivery of these solutions in accordance with other SP Modules.

Maps Integrations business processes and recommend processes/projects that will result in improved efficiency, effectiveness, quality.

Harmonization and/or operational functionality.

Develop and support the business from a systems, quality, process and compliance perspective.

- Work directly with other teams to provide the best solution - this includes managing deliverables as well as managing activities.

Build strong relationship within ERP CoE team.

Ensure that timelines are met as defined.

Provide technical solution.

- Translate requirements from projects and change into specifications for internal and external delivery parties.

Create and maintain the Business Blueprint (BBP-detailed process description and requirements document).

- Guide and monitor task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice normally without carrying line responsibility.

Coordinate with other module SAP Consultants for Integration requirements.

- Proactively support the installation, management, maintenance and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to IS solutions/services.

- Create and execute plans for EAI requirements and revise as appropriate to meet changing requirements.

- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the relevant area of responsibility, contributing technical and business process/data expertise to either support ongoing operations or develop new software.

- Support the Application Run Organization in the incident and problem resolution when functional verification is required.

**Your background**:

- Experience at least 10 years as SAP-EAI Consultant, better if in the same business sector of ABB.

- Technical skills: SAP EAI module (Idoc, Webservices, Rfc Calls, . . ) and basic skill in SD/MM/FI modules.

ABAP Basic skills are a plus.

- Fluent English and Italian both written and spoken.

- Availability to travel occasionally to ABB locations.

- Communications skills.

Ability to explain technical information to non-technical people.

- Developing strong relationships, Team working experience.

Ability to work independently and instruct other professionals.

- Ability to think independently to challenge traditional solutions, analytical and Problem-Solving attitude.

- Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize workload, flexibility to adapt to continuous changing requirements and environments.
