Job Summary:

**Key Responsibilities**:

Engaging Learning Experiences:

- Plan and implement play-based learning activities that focus on language development, social skills, and motor coordination.

- Utilize Montessori, Waldorf, or Reggio Emilia methods to create an enriching environment that supports holistic growth.

Classroom Environment:

- Set up engaging learning stations that encourage exploration and discovery.

- Monitor children's interactions, fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere.

Family Involvement:

- Regularly update parents on their child's progress and provide strategies to continue learning at home.

- Facilitate family events and workshops to strengthen the Bubble Bus community.

**Qualifications**:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology, or similar.

Minimum 3 years experience with toddlers (18-36 months).

Native level English speaker.

Experience with international families is a plus.

Open to relocation or based locally in Monaco.
