EVP>Med>Service Operations

The Service Operations department is responsible with the wind turbine maintenance business: it operates, maintains, and carries out all service activities for the serviced turbines.

**Responsibilities**:

- The ECC has the responsibility of the operation of the wind farms in mostly regions from Italy-mainland.

The department consist of one-hundred and half people, among Operational Areas (each one is handled by an Area Supervisor, with a crew of a number of technicians sized to service the assigned wind farms) and a planning office for the logistic and scheduling of the activities on site.

**Qualifications

Person Lock Removal Form is properly used and filled and ensure that the Electrical Injury Form is properly used and filled.

- To plan electrical safety and LOTO audits

- Coordinate with Supervisors and Lead Technicians during a planned grid outage to establish safe LOTO procedures and related activities

- Provides internal support for the service organization in matters of electrical safety, turbine inspection and High Voltage (HV)

- Effectively provides input on how schedule activities to assure the right LOTO procedures implementation on the daily wind farm's activities

- Good travel disposition (about 25% of time) in support of business goals
