**Your Challenge**:

- In your new role, you will support and work with the ECM I, responsible for the Entity in Charge of Maintenance (ECM I) System, in an established team, working in accordance with EU Directive 2016/798 and EU Regulation 2019/779 and pursuing the growth in the organization of the Safety Culture;

- Developing with the ECM I and with the support of the other ECM subordinate functions (II, III and IV) the procedure, process and workflow that guarantee the ECM System to operate in conformity to EU 2019 /779;

- Ensuring reporting to all parties involved and the corresponding documentation of the subordinate ECM functions (II, III, IV).

- Guaranteeing reporting to the external parties, like keepers, railway undertaking and safety Authorities, the evidence of the conformity of the Safety Maintenance System to the law.

- Developing and taking note of the interests of Siemens Mobility in relation to the design of the ECM scope both externally and internally (specialist committees, communities, interest groups, etc.

).

- Evaluating and optimizing the ECM activities in operational processes (offers, projects)

- Ensuring an audit-proof design of the ECM processes and the competence system for all the persons belongings to the other ECM functions (II, III and IV)

- Driving the continuous improvement of maintenance processes, internal audits and other processes in terms of ECM.

**What you need to bring with you

- Your technical bachelor's degree or alternatively technical knowledge in combination with some years of experience in the field

- Knowledge in the commissioning and maintenance (including their standardization) of rail vehicles.

- Familiarity with the ECM Regulation 2019/779 and other ECM-relevant regulations, as well as the National and European laws.

- Confidence in leading Integrated Management System as well as with the principles and managing of a Quality Management System

- Customer experience with operators/railway companies and have already gained experience in corresponding projects.

- Experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders such as customers, national companies, partners and workshops or auditors (NoBo, DeBo, etc.

).

- Fluency in Italian and English.

German will be a plus.
