**Based in Milan or at the heart of our HQ in St Jean de Moirans**, in an international context we are looking for** a E-commerce intern.

The ecommerce intern will be able to assist the ecommerce team with all activities due to manage an online store and learn all about this.

He/she will mainly deal with all operational regular duties due to keep the site always functioning and accurate in all its aspects.

**MISSIONS

- Assist with season catalogue building.

- Manage content verification process as it relates to the product on site - correct imagery, product descriptions and details.

- Support online merchandising activities (ad hoc pages creation, product sorting, new tools implementation, ).

- Support online content activities, both text and imagery.

- Site testing, bug reporting both for maintenance activities and new projects.

- Price maintenance activities including promo and end of season sale price uploads/updates.

- Assist with reporting.

- Manage product related requests from customer service.

**PROFILE

- Graduate level education (or equivalent).

- Preferable past experience in ecommerce or retail dept.

- Experience in working in multicultural team would be a plus.

- Fluent in English.

Other languages will be a plus.

- Excellent usage of Excel.

- Analytical background and skills.

- Strong internet knowledge

- Excellent ability to work to tight deadlines and handle workload.

- Attention to details, preciseness, accuracy.

- Pro-active, curious, humble, eager to learn, adaptable to changes.
