For an international company in the B2C sector I'm looking for a Loyalty Program Manager who will join the Marketing and Product Innovation team, bringing innovative approach and creative impact over Loyalty program acquisition, engagement and retention.

Main Responsibilities:

Loyalty

- Design and execute the strategy of the Loyalty program in constant collaboration with the main extra departmental stakeholders;

- Ideate and manage the Loyalty dedicated promotions through various touchpoints;

- Participate to the evolution of the Loyalty program also through the development of Partnerships;

- Manage budget, forecast and prepare ad hoc business cases to drive decisions both long term and tactical;

- Be the point of contact on Loyalty program guidelines

Campaigns Management

- Roadmap definition, continuous monitoring and prioritization, across markets and channels, in consistency with the high level brand vision;

- Follow the development and coordinate delivery of the portfolio campaigns collaborating with CRM on targets definition and cross department (eCommerce, Outbound etc) to guarantee a fluid and consistent experience;

- Identification of new business opportunities, with data analysis and actions to support the main KPIs in collaboration with CRM;

- Constant management and monitoring of the main KPIs.

Key requirements:

- minimum 3 years of experience in management and evolution of Loyalty Programs and Marketing Campaigns, within global companies,

- 1+ years of experience in team management.

- Proactivity, with data driven approach and ability to analyse customer insights

- Very good knowledge of English (at least B2).

Full time contract RAL commensurate with experience.
