For its footwear business (including distributorship, agents), Scholl Shoes is looking for a Ecommerce Operation directly reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, with a cross-platform focus on managing product presentation, driving sales, and managing customer relationships.
The preferred candidate demonstrates a genuine passion for comfortable, technologically advanced, and aesthetic footwear products, complemented by experience in similar roles within the fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities: Platform Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing updates, inventory management, and content uploads; Ensure accurate and timely updates of product information, images, and descriptions; Order Processing & Fulfillment: Oversee order management processes, ensuring timely order fulfillment, shipment tracking, and issue resolution; Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery operations; Customer Support Coordination: Work closely with the customer service team to address customer inquiries and complaints related to online purchases; Reporting & Data Entry: Generate regular reports on sales, stock levels, and platform performance, Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of records related to e-commerce transactions; Platform Optimization: Monitor website performance, ensuring uptime, functionality, and a seamless user experience; Collaborate with the IT department or external vendors to address technical issues promptly; Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure that all e-commerce operations comply with internal guidelines and external regulations; Conduct regular checks to maintain the accuracy and quality of online product catalogs; Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; - Strong knowledge of the eCommerce industry and its best practices; - Proven experience in increasing sales on online marketplaces; - Proficiency with tools and software relevant to eCommerce including platforms, third-party marketplaces, and analytics tools; - Excellent Shopify knowledge; - Fluent English (verbal and written); - Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment;.
