Ecommerce Operations Associate Manager

The _Ecommerce Operations Associate Manager_ will be responsible for ensuring proper management of operational flow through product life cycle, starting with initial shipment post-production, to final fulfillment from the warehouses to the end customer.
Will work with the back-end systems (OMS, Stealth).
Will work in close collaboration with the central Buying, Merchandising planning, and Logistics, while aligning with regional E-commerce teams congruently.
The focus of the _Ecommerce Operations Associate Manager_ will be ensuring all operational duties of the department are fulfilled by quickening speed to market and optimizing the seasonal selling period by achieving financial targets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support all Ecommerce operations activities, including: pick tickets creation, monitoring of inbound and outbound shipments backlog and KPIs, maintain accuracy of inventory levels within Stealth;
- Export of master data and pricelists to the PIM and the OMS;
- Plan and forecast of warehouse inbound and outbound volumes;
- Collaborate daily with the warehouses to solve any operational issues;
- Forecast and replenishment of packaging;
- Laise with the couriers and our international fulfillment partners, handling customs clearance, shipment claims and related chargebacks;
- Assist in the fraud and chargeback review process, working to optimize business rules while keeping chargebacks consistently low;
- Assist in implementing new processes to improve the flows aligning with e-commerce EMEA and regional teams;
- Demonstrate ability to effectively collaborate in a cross-functional position, while working with multiple teams simultaneously;
**Profile**:
- A minimum of 3 years of previous experience in ecommerce, with a focus on Operations and/or Logistics;
- Bachelor's degree in a related field;
- Familiarity with order management systems (OMS) and Stealth is mandatory;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian is mandatory;Knowledge of operations and logistics best practices;
- Ability to work well in a multifaceted, results driven environment;
- Work well both within a team and independently;
- Strong analytical problem-solving ability;
- Ability to work well with internal and external partners alike, demonstrates a superb level of professionalism;
- Excellent attention to detail, prioritization, and time management skills;
- Passion for all aspects of digital e-Commerce and the fashion / luxury business;
- Positive approach, proactive and flexible.
