Ecommerce Partner Digital Business Development
Join the Omnichannel team and be part of growing HP's online business as the Digital Business Development Lead for Italy and France Commercial, where you will be responsible for achieving profitable online sales and market share growth for HP Personal Systems, Print and Supplies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Drive partnership with local Category and Channel team to develop annual plan to grow HP's leadership online in the Consumer and SMB Market
- Partner with Sales team and Category to optimize HP's customer experience across PS, Print and Supplies product categories in your assigned region.
- Consult across HP and Partner teams to optimize content and messaging online across HP Top partners.
- Analyze and understand partner business strategy, online platform development and eCommerce business development activities.
- Provide online recommendations including but not limited to: ecommerce best practices, SEO, Paid media plans, customer experience (quarterly and annual reviews for key accounts).
- Program Lead working cooperatively with partner to drive traffic and conversions to partner including managing monthly coop Search investment, KPIs and overall insights/actions with partners.
- Cross functional engagement with Sales, Marketing, Category, and other departments to provide deeper knowledge and insights.
Examples include search optimization analysis, Big Data and other digital solutions that can enable our partners success online to increase sales and market share.
- Identify and share best practices across the team.
Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develops action plans accordingly.
- Have firm understanding of HP portfolio and stay up to date with industry and online trends.
- Gathers and analyzes customer feedback and data to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points, and translates insights into actionable improvements.
- Build relationships and represents the team at a senior level with the sales force and other partners.
- 25-30% travel required mostly in France and Italy.
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Economics or marketing; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
- 7-10 years of professional experience with a combination of Online Marketing, Digital Sales, Business Planning experienced preferred.
- Experience in working in a matrix organization.
- Fluent in French, Italian and English required.
Knowledge and Skills:
- eCommerce optimization experience and Digital Marketing Knowledge
- Financial planning and modelling skills, comfortable to manage high complexity business planning and reporting.
- Effective communications skills to engage with senior management internally and externally.
- Knowledge of promotional marketing processes and practices including defining GTM strategy.
- Negotiation skills and ability to frame the product value proposition to customers/partners.
- Product Strategy, Project Management and Thought Leadership skills.
- Leadership skills and cross functional expertise (sales, product management, marketing).
