AS eCommerce Performance Marketing Specialist you will define the Search & Display strategy together with the eCommerce Marketing Lead and implement it for Reckitt healthcare brands on amazon. it.

You will work closely with the cross functional team, as brand, media and commercial teams, to ensure a continuous improvement on the brand's eCommerce media performance and ensuring the best user experience.

- RESPONSIBILITIES- Execute Amazon Search & Display strategy to maximize brand's ROAS and sell-out performance

- Implement and optimize content aligned with brand strategy on Amazon (Product Detail Pages, Images and Enhanced Content A+ Standard and Premium)

- Coordinate and guide graphic designer to maximise user experience with a test & learn approach

- Find actionable insights to create continuous improvement for Amazon Performance

- Own Amazon Search & Display budget

- REQUIREMENTS- Min 1 year of experience in ecommerce, brand or media agency

- Ability to collaborate with counterparts internally and externally effectively

- Analytical mindset with a continuous improvement attitude

- Capacity to provide new ideas and have a new approach

- Fluent in Italian and English
