**Ecommerce Project Manager**:

**We are looking for**:

This is a strategic position for an Ecommerce Project Manager capable of leading multiple projects on a wide spectrum of topics.

We are looking for someone passionate about digital innovation and with an entrepreneurial attitude.

The Ecommerce Project Manager will report directly to the Ecommerce Director and will work across the organization with multiple functional and business stakeholders, within and outside the Ecommerce team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

Successfully deliver projects from concept stage (including assessment of economics), vendors scouting and selection, implementation and roll-out;

Coordinate stakeholders on both technical and business side (international Group IT, CRM, Administration, Logistics, Retail, external partners);

Develop and implement the A/B test agenda for desktop and mobile aiming at continuous Conversion Rate optimization;

Proactively identify business needs (both autonomously and by gathering requirements from business and functional stakeholders) and translate them into specifications for our Group IT team;

Analyse the customer journey and the adoption of the available features (e. g.

: payment methods, delivery options etc), proactively suggest optimization of the user experience;

Act as the product owner of the website and other ecommerce tools to manage day-by-day activities and to guide other team members.

**Key Requirements**:

University degree in Management Engineering or Business Administration;

Minimum 5 years project management experience in an ecommerce environment;

Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (SFCC is considered a strong plus);

**Knowledge of project management tools and methodology (e. g.

**: Jira/Confluence);

Agile project management experience requested;

Entrepreneurial approach and strong passion for digital and innovation;

Very good knowledge of English; French is a plus but not mandatory;

Excellent communication and relational skills; we are looking for a real team-player, able to maintain a positive and healthy relationship with other people and to provide full transparency on the projects;

Ability to take the lead and the ownership of assignments;
