**JOB PURPOSE**RESPONSIBILITIES

- Research and request of product samples, respecting strict deadlines in collaboration with other teams (e-Merchandisers, Communication Department, etc.

).

- Product management, using company tools: request and status check, monitoring sample's availabilities.

Informing different Stakeholders about all the product requests / progresses and seek feedback from other Departments.

- Monitor the activities of other departments and inform the Sala Pose team in case of any overlaps or potential conflicts (e. g. , window simulations, product blocks, sales campaigns).

- Acquire a deep understanding of the product and its features.

- Production of appropriate reporting to be shared internally and externally.

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel (standard to intermediate level with knowledge of filters and functions such as V. LOOKUP, CONCATENATE)

- Problem solving skills
