Job Purpose**:

The Ecommerce shooting team is responsible for planning the Ecommerce shooting and managing the final images go live for the EU, US, CN and Partners Versace websites.

This team works in close collaboration with the buying and planning teams, and other logistics teams.

The main goal of the team is to respect the delivery deadlines of the images and to be in line with the publications planned by the Ecommerce and Marketing department.

**Responsibilities**:

Manage and handle the samples for the shooting session concerned, interfacing with the various company warehouses;

- Direct contact with the photographic supplier about the planning of the shooting session (organization of spaces based on photo sets, management of the number of people allowed, organization of the activity based on the numbers of the collection to be shot);

- Complete support throughout the photographic session (talent management, resolution of unexpected events on the set, collaboration with staff, catering planning, collaboration with the warehouse for receiving/shipping goods, planning of the shooting set, collect the entire looks and carry overs to use on set during shooting session, etc.

);

Daily site check in all countries.

**Profile**:

- Minimum 3-4 years of shooting/set experience;

- Passion and attitude for Fashion and Photography;

- Excellent use of Office package (particularly Excel, Power Point);

- Fluent in English and Italian;

- Positive approach, pro-activity, flexibility, and problem solving;

- Excellent communication and organizational skills;

- E-commerce and digital background.
