Role purpose:The candidate will join the Online Stores department supporting the other Site Manager in the daily routine and facilitating the contact both with the partner and with various YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP teams.

Reporting into: Senior Client Manager Online Flagship Stores

Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:Managing day by day activities in order to ensure the proper working and updating of the website, taking into account the commercial strategies;Supporting the planning activities related to the catalogue and website dressing;Supporting the coordination and management of technical activities and requirements definition;Being the contact person appointed to interface with the Technology and Sales teams for release/setup projects in order to maximize Group effort and delivery to the Partner;Coordinating with support areas such as Operations & Logistics team;Supporting the relationship management with Partners;The type of person we are looking for:Ability to communicate effectively with other colleagues from the Core Business and from Technology;Strong analytical skills and Office Package knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, etc);Language skills: Fluency in English is mandatory;Proactive attitude and work ethics;Passion for e-commerce and marked inclination for Internet and its communication channels;YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP is an equal opportunities employer, we encourage people with a diverse range of backgrounds to apply.
