**Responsibilities**:

- Run daily website checks to ensure the website is running smoothly across all devices;

- Keep the web product catalogue updated;

- Test all product launches on staging and production;

- Support in Product Data and labels optimization, liaising with Merchandising and Production teams;

- Store Locator updates for Book an Appointment and Find in Boutique features;

- Support in setting up and testing promotions;

- Monitor competitor website and activities and run benchmark presentations;

- Support in updating footer and header contents.

**Profile**:

- Extremely flexible with ability to handle multiple tasks and coordinate with different teams;

- With a previous experience in an online business department;

- Fluent in English and Italian; a third language will be considered as a plus;

- Good analytical skills and knowledge of Excel;

- Previous experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud will be considered as a plus;

- Attention to details and ability to prioritize different tasks in a fast-paced environment;

- Good team spirit and communication skills.
