The _Ecommerce UX/UI and Testing Specialist_ will work closely with the Content Management team and the rest of the Ecommerce team to ensure the effective day-to-day running of the website.

Reporting to the Content Manager, will ensure all content is uploaded to the website when required and that everything is correctly set up and tested on all main devices before deploying to the website.

Will be working closely with a cross functional Business Analyst to draft requirements for new features that will research, test, and validate with a clear business use case in mind.

Support the e-Commerce Team by running product feature research looking at competitor and/or brands already part of the Capri group.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the content team by regularly updating the homepage and other content pages;

- Test all front-end features for Site releases and Campaign launches;

- Take ownership of all content documentation, ensuring this is kept updated and properly version controlled in order to facilitate onboarding of new hiring/interns;

- Ensure that all new UX/UI requirements follow a user-centered approach to design;

- Work with the delivery team during UATs to ensure all development delivers a high-quality user experience in line with relevant accessibility and usability standards;

- Be the conduit for bug and enhancement reporting, collecting bugs and/or change requests from members of the team or other stakeholders.

**Profile**:

- At least 2/3 years' experience in an ecommerce environment;

- C1 / Native level of English;

- Previous experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud;

- HTML basic knowledge;

- Experience using Photoshop;

- Keen eye for detail.
