PROGRAM The Feat.

Ventures Ecosystem Associate Program offers hands-on experience in supporting initiatives that bring together key stakeholders within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

You will work on the

operational aspects of ecosystem building

, assisting with support, coordination, research and data collection to enhance collaboration and drive innovation.

KEY ACTIVITIES Support the delivery of events, workshops, and community-driven activities that enhance connections within the ecosystem.

Assist in collecting feedback and insights from participants to improve ongoing initiatives.

Monitor trends in the startup space and identify opportunities to support entrepreneurial growth.

Assist in creating strategic partnerships and community outreach efforts to strengthen our ecosystem.

BUILD AN ECOSYSTEM As part of the Feat.

Ventures Ecosystem Associate Program, you'll play an important role in supporting the

creation of innovative ecosystems

.

You will contribute to the operational side of ecosystem-building strategies, ensuring

smooth execution and supporting the growth of initiatives

that foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Proactive and committed work attitude Passion for ecosystem building, innovation, and entrepreneurship Proficiency in GSuite

, particularly in Google Slides (for presentations) and Google Sheets (for data management and analysis) Experience in

event planning, community management

, or similar fields is a plus

ATTITUDE We're looking for people who are

eager to learn and motivated about contributing to the ecosystem-building process

in the operational tasks that help bring initiatives to life.

LENGTH & PAY RANGE The Feat.

Ventures Ecosystem Building Associate Program is a

six-month, full-time Traineeship

, with an

€ 800, 00 monthly compensation + additional performance bonus

, depending on individual circumstances.

The renewal and continuation of your experience with the Feat.

Ventures team will be evaluated over the coming months, based on the company's needs and performance.

In any case, you will gain firsthand experience and invaluable insights, and be well-positioned to pursue a career in innovation, entrepreneurship or event management.
