**You are responsible for
- Promote Enterprise Diagnostic Imaging solutions, systems and services in customer visits, seminars and trade shows.
- Provides knowledge on products/solutions, supporting the Sales function in driving overall business results.
- Ensures deal support by providing clinical and technical expertise on the portfolio (product, solutions, services) across the accounts.
- Participates in defining and controlling of the implementation of the business policy, pricing strategy and product/modality to be sold by the Business in the region, according to established guidelines
- Working together with AMs informs and recommends customers the latest technological innovations developed and its associated configurations, including the possible upgrades of the installed base, attending the complaints and inquiries made, in order to obtain a higher level of customer satisfaction and contribute to achieve the sales targets.
- Assists AMs with customer presentations specifically focused on the clinical and technical components of the value proposition.
Understands and addresses competitive positioning and marketing strategy of respective product / modality, and supports where needed in identification of the tender strategy and quotation
- Support the tender process providing the relevant documentation
- Deploy programs (incl.
Installed Base programs) to the districts to drive business for the assigned BL
- Work as part of an account team to ensure BL results are reached according to marketing/account plans
- Participate in the district sales planning exercise for the BL, supporting quality of funnel management
- Provide information about market trends, competitor's sales practices and potential projects to the responsible Business Manager
- Ensure customer satisfaction by timely responding to all customer requests so that customers find it easy to do business.
- Support new products launches
- Responsible for quality and updated win / loss information in CRM-Tool
- Update stakeholders with customer facing role (e. g.
District Managers, Account Managers) on product & market developments
- Responsible for reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality Standard policy and follow up relevant assigned quality & regulatory training in a timely manner
**You are part of
The IIG Business Line EDI, in direct report to the Business Marketing Manager
**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Degree in biomedical engineering, computer sciences, or equivalent;
- Deep knowledge of healthcare digital imaging and related market landscape;
- Good experience in marketing planning, value proposition creation, campaign development, relationship and performance marketing;
- Proven communication skills and ability to influence colleagues and customers;
- Almost 8 years of experience in Healthcare
- At least 5 years of working experience in Healthcare Informatics is preferred;
- Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language
- Team management attitude
- Problem solving
- Work load management.
