- Contract Terms & Salary compensations will vary and be defined on the basis of local employment rates in accordance with the position grade and experience. Still I Rise is an international NGO which provides education and support to refugee children and youth.

It is currently seeking an Educational Projects & Partnerships Coordinator in its external wing.

**The selected person, who will work remotely, will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and successful running of a range of educational projects including teacher training and student workshop programmes.

They will expand and manage a network of partnerships with educational stakeholders.

These projects and partnerships share the common goal of engaging a wider audience with our work across the world and tradition-busting educational model.

**Key Responsibilities

- Administration of Educational Projects_

- Alongside our Training Content Creator, oversee the successful launch and growth of a set of rolling virtual training courses for Italian public school teachers

- List the course catalog on the national platform and handle administration of participants and their fee payments

- Coordinate the team of internal colleagues virtually 'leading' the teacher training courses and ensure reputation enhancement

- Spread _Insieme_, our student workshop programme, to tens of thousands of students in Italy and beyond by managing and training our network of volunteer Educational Representatives who approach schools to share awareness of the free programme

- Strategise expanding _Insieme _into new territories and countries

- Monitor and evaluate the _Insieme _programme, collaborating with our teaching specialist to continually improve it

- Manage events and educational initiatives with our partners

- Partnerships Management & Expansion_

- Manage and expand educational a partnerships network of educational stakeholders including ministry members, universities, researchers, International Schools and private organizations with aligned values

- Reach out to school leaders in Italy and San Marino to implement their own initiatives inspired by the aspects of the Still I Rise Model

- Lay the strategic groundwork and prepare recruitment for public teacher training programmes in our countries of operation with the ultimate goal to impact a million students over the next five years

- Facilitate two research projects about our International Schools to be conducted by external institutions

- Manage the inflow of contact from interested parties, discerning where there are valuable connections to be made

- Keep a thorough record of all partnerships and initiatives

**Essential Requirements

- A demonstrated desire to revolutionize antiquated public education systems

- A proactive and ambitious mentality to move fast and grow our projects and programs to become globally relevant

- Fluency in written and spoken English and Italian

- Project management experience in the education sector

- Experience managing and training colleagues

- A demonstrated ability to pursue multiple goals in a complex environment, developing processes and practices which will achieve those goals, and bringing others on board in the endeavor

- An ease with working both independently and as part of an international network of remote staff

- Excellent competence using Google Suite and presentational tools including Canva

- Experience working with vulnerable populations
