Offer DescriptionThe phenomenon of innovation in teaching is analyzed - linked to the use of technology, especially artificial intelligence - by exploring and modeling feasible options, through the framework of the evolution of public management models according to three tensors: public governance, network analysis, stakeholder engagement.

The investigative approach is that of public management applied to public institutions with attention to innovation in the sector in coherence with the models of production and provision of public education services according to the contingency approach, also by virtue of comparative analyses, on institutional, organizational and management structures that favor decentralized autonomy by exploring contexts that enhance adhocratic policy choices in which the public institution assumes equilibrium with a stable structure between lines of authority, formal structure, procedures and practices, lines of communication.
