Nautilus is a bilingual Montessori school 0-6, with the aim of providing children a meaningful learning environment, in spaces of authentic beauty, where outdoor activities vary with the evolution of the seasons, where the kitchen is a true laboratory of ideas, where children distill the beauty of life.

We opened our first bilingual kindergarten in Bassano del Grappa in September 2024 and we're looking for experienced guides to join our team!

Lead Guide Positions– Nido/ Infant Community/ Children' House We are looking to recruit English-speaking 0-3 or 3-6 AMI trained Montessori Guides for our Nido, Infant Community and Children's House environments welcoming children.

You will have an opportunity to become a member of vibrant and international team, passionate about Montessori education and what it can give to the children.

You will be part of an innovative learning ecosystem and be able to contribute to our school development.

The ideal candidate will be an AMI trained Montessori Guide who is able to demonstrate a keen sense of responsibility, a positive attitude and a love of learning.

Responsibilities: Prepare the environment in accordance with the age group of children and ensure regular care and maintenance of the materials Plan and keep records of the presentations for the children Interact with the children in a respectful and empathetic manner Present Montessori materials to the children Observe the children on a regular basis Assist the children during the transition times Communicate with the parents both orally and in writing Hold individual parent conferences and prepare children's progress reports Prepare and distribute parent newsletters Participate in team meetings and collaborate in school projects Requirements: 0-3/ 3-6 Montessori diploma Native fluency in English/Italian Experience working with children Strong sense of responsibility and ownership Strong verbal and written communication skills Proactivity and initiative Self-motivation and willingness to learn and contribute Flexibility in response to the changing environment Legal right to work in EU/EU residency What we offer: Competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications Ongoing professional development A tuition discount for children at our school To apply: Please, send your CV and your motivation letter to: ****** Reference letters are appreciated.
