The challenges in which the Company will be involved in the near future concern the definition of lean processes, a costs management approach and the identification of increasingly sustainable production and non-production methods. PRIMARY FUNCTION/ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:The management of all aspects relating to the Environment, Safety and Energy;The implementation of the EEHS Management Systems according to the international reference standards;The risk analysis of all production processes and the development of the related documentation in compliance with current legislation;Carrying out EEHS monitoring and audits necessary to ensure legislative compliance;The implementation of EEHS improvement programs and activities;Measurement of company performance by monitoring KPIs and energy vectors;Drafting of EEHS budget;Drafting of sustainability reports. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering and Prevention;Good knowledge of the English language, written and spoken;Good knowledge of MS Office;Team building and excellent relationship skills are the soft skills that complete the profile.
