Job DescriptionMonitor the students' learning process and actively promote any necessary action to ensure it successfully leads to the achievement of each course objective, as promised in the British School Group Mission Statement: "The British School Group is committed to producing every possible effort in order to ensure every single one of its students achieves the English language knowledge level expected at the end of the course. "Help in the selection of teaching staff and devise teaching schedules, assigning courses according to the individual experience and abilities. Coordinate, coach and oversee teachers via observations in class, register checks, level and staff meetings, workshops and personal coaching, ensuring they fulfill their role, as per British School Group standards and level of service. Substitute for teachers who are absent or sick. Personally teach in pilot courses and individual lessons. Assist students in need of SOS support, personally providing individual tuition in the form of specific DOS assisted make-up programmes, including extra PLs. Conduct all entry-level tests, assisting the secretarial staff in the info-sale-enrolment process in a team interaction, with the aim to form homogenous and commercially viable class groups. Deal with students' and parents' requests, addressing any emerging complaints or signs of client dissatisfaction. Liaise with Head Office and other DOSs, cooperating to constantly improve the British School Group System. QualificationsA good marketing awareness. Administrative and organisational skills. Ability to use the Italian language effectively for the purpose of good public relations. DELTA or equivalent studies/experience. Teaching experience at all levels and in all age groups. Familiarity with the BSG Syllabus and the Cambridge ESOL exams. Ease of use of IWB, Outlook, Word and Excel.
