Scope

This position directly reports to EHS Manager.

The scope is a plant employing 900 people and producing cosmetics plastic base packaging.

Main activities Manage fulfillment of EHS regulatory compliance (permits, studies, assessments, trainings, etc.

)Implementation of Programs, Procedures, Measures, Good practices, etc.

for regulatory and corporate compliance and risk mitigation. Manage fulfillment of EHS Management System (safety assessment, legal requirements matrix, objectives, documentation, etc.

)Data collecting and filling out local and corporate EHS reports (Basic EHS Management, KPIS, etc.

) Accountability including KPIs

Guarantee EHS regulatory compliance.

Fulfillment of incident rate goals and Albea Basic EHS Management.

Guarantee EHS Management System is in place.

Profile (Experience & Qualifications) Experience and education Health & Safety or Environmental bachelor or similar degree. 2 to 3 years in similar position (focus on occupational health and safety) Knowledge/Technical Skills Extensive knowledge on occupational health and safety regulation. ISO 45001Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT). English desirable Soft skills Leadership and professional ethicsCommunication and teamworkCritical thinkingResult-oriented and meeting agreed deadlines.
