You will join our Environment and Health Department in Milan.

Your New Role

As our new HSE Junior Consultant, you will have gained 2-3 years' experience in Compliance, Transaction, and Corporate Services, with specific focus on Health & Safety and Environmental Compliance or due diligence work in the M&A sector with emphasis on sustainability assessment, planning, and strategy.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be: Execution of Environmental and/or Health and Safety Due DiligenceExecution and coordination of soil, soil gas, and groundwater investigationsExecution of EHS compliance auditsDirect interaction with Clients and third parties (e. g.

lawyers, advisors, vendor/buyer, regulators) requiring strong soft skills (e. g.

negotiation, communication, strategic vision) and capabilities in problem-solving and teamworkProposal and reporting in Italian and English language Your New Team

You will be part of our successful team composed of engineers, geologists, environmental scientists, chemists, biologists, etc. , working together in an international network for a variety of projects regarding mainly contaminated site management, expert services, permitting, due diligence, impact assessment, water treatment, health and safety, climate risk, and sustainability.

A Master level university degree in environmental science, earth sciences, environmental engineering, or similarMinimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in EHS Due Diligence and soil, soil gas, and groundwater investigationKnowledge and familiarity with D. Lgs 152/2006 and D. Lgs.

81/2008, ASTM standardsKnowledge of decommissioning activities is a plusAbility to communicate effectively in written and spoken Italian & English; a third language (e. g.
