You will join our Environment and Health Department in Milan. Your new roleAs our new HSE Junior consultant, you will have gained 2-3 years' experience in Compliance, Transaction and Corporate Services, with specific focus on Health & Safety and Environmental Compliance or due diligence work in the M&A sector with emphasis on sustainability assessment, planning, and strategy. Join our Environment and Health Department as our new HSE Junior consultant and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future. Your key responsibilities will be:Execution of Environmental and/or Health and Safety Due DiligenceExecution and coordination of soil, soil gas, and groundwater investigationsExecution of EHS compliance auditsDirect interaction with Clients and third parties (e. g.
lawyers, advisors, vendor/buyer, regulators) requiring strong soft skills (e. g.
negotiation, communication, strategic vision) and capabilities in problem-solving and teamworkProposal and reporting in Italian and English languageYour new teamYou will be part of our successful team composed of engineers, geologists, environmental scientists, chemists, biologists, etc.
working together in an international network for a variety of projects regarding mainly contaminated site management, expert services, permitting, due diligence, impact assessment, water treatment, health and safety, climate risk, and sustainability.

For this role, we have identified some qualifications, skills, and capabilities that will set you up for success:A Master level university degree in environmental science, earth sciences, environmental engineering, or similarMinimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in EHS Due Diligence and soil, soil gas, and groundwater investigationKnowledge and familiarity with D. Lgs 152/2006 and D. Lgs.
81/2008, ASTM standardsKnowledge of decommissioning activities is a plusAbility to communicate effectively in written and spoken Italian & English, a third language (e. g.
