You will join our Environment and Health Department in Rome.
Your new role As our new HSE Junior Consultant, you will have gained 2-3 years' experience in Compliance, Transaction and Corporate Services, with a specific focus on Health & Safety and Environmental Compliance and/or due diligence work in the M&A sector, emphasizing sustainability assessment, planning, and strategy.

Your key responsibilities will be: Execution of Environmental and/or Health and Safety Due Diligence Execution of EHS compliance audits Taking direct part in the assignments, with direct interaction with clients and third parties (e. g. , lawyers, advisors, vendor/buyer, regulators), requiring strong soft skills (e. g. , negotiation, communication, strategic vision) and capabilities in problem-solving and teamwork Proposal and reporting in Italian and English Your new team You will be part of our successful team composed of engineers, geologists, environmental scientists, chemists, biologists, etc. , working together in an international network for a variety of projects regarding mainly contaminated site management, expert services, permitting, due diligence, impact assessment, water treatment, health and safety, climate risk, and sustainability.

For this role, we have identified some qualifications, skills, and capabilities that will set you up for success.
These include: A Master's level university degree in environmental science, earth sciences, environmental engineering, or similar Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in EHS Due Diligence and soil, soil gas, and groundwater investigation Knowledge and familiarity with D. Lgs 152/2006 and D. Lgs.
