Aprilia Plant is specialized in metal closures mainly for tomato, pickles, sauce condiments.

We also develop and assemble sealing machines for our customers and equipment for the manufacturing of closures in our Centre of Engineering. We offer you to have an interesting position in an international company where we value personal development and experience.

Join us and you'll be part of a sustainable company. In this role, you are responsible for the management and correct implementation of Health Safety policies and procedures in the plant.

You ensure, through best practice systems and procedures, the achievement and maintenance of a "0 Incidents" culture.

You guarantee compliance with current legislation on EHS.

You manage internal and external EHS audits in compliance with quality management systems.

You perform risk assessments based on measurements and technical reports in order to ensure the quality of the environment and the workers' safety.

You guarantee the development and maintenance of the Self-Protection Plan.

You ensure the update and awareness of all machines' safety instructions and deliver specific safety training according to Italian law.

The successful candidate will be required to assist the Management Team in guiding, advising, and challenging all employees in all matters relating to Health and Safety as well as Environmental issues. Job RequirementsYou have a Degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or similar, with a minimum of 5 years working experience in a manufacturing environment.

You have attended a specific training course to cover the RSPP position following Italian law and regulations.

You have a good knowledge of the various Safety Quality standards.

You have solid knowledge of legal requirements pertaining to EHS.

You are also experienced.

You are an effective communicator with good interpersonal skills and are problem-solving oriented.

You are fluent in Italian and English.
