Our client is an international supplier with a local presence, leader in metal packaging technology.

They have 44 plants based in 17 countries and work closely with clients based all over the world.

We currently have a vacancy for a

**EHS Manager

in the plants based in Emilia Romagna, with additional responsibilities at Country level for the other Italian Plants, to improve the EH&S coordination in all plants.

**Posizione**:

In this role

- you are responsible of the management and correct implementation of Health & Safety policies and procedures in the plants, and maintaining ISO 45001 certification.

- You ensure, through best practice systems and procedures, the achieving and maintenance of a "0 Incidents" culture.

- You guarantee compliance with current legislation on EHS and manage internal and external EHS audits.

- You perform risk assessments based on measurements and technical reports in order to ensure the quality of the environment and the worker's safety.

- As Country EH&S expert you, you will work with Group EHS corporate on specific EHS projects and you will monthly organise a EHS Italy review with your counterparts, exchange BOP's, analyze incidents to ensure it does not happen in Italy, and revise the EHS regulatory.

**Requisiti**:

- You have a Bachelor Degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or a Specific EHS degree in the industry

- minimum 5 years working experience in a manufacturing environment covering the position of RSPP.

- have a good knowledge of the various Safety Quality standards.

- have solid knowledge of legal requirements pertaining to EHS (Health & Safety in particular).

- You are fluent in Italian and English.
