Ehs Program Manager, Customer Service Integration
Manage ongoing projects and work with the customer service team to identify new projects and needs
- Create new and expand existing processes and programs to include new geographies and stakeholders
- Serve as a point of contact for the team and enhance the relationships between the company's EHS teams
- Gather requirements and create documentation for ongoing and future projects related to customer service for a wide range of stakeholders across geographies
- Support change management, including out-of-cycle and annual documented information reviews
- Continue integration of customer service standards and procedures with the EHS Management System
- Support customer service-related technology systems and associated communications, including distribution of questionnaires, training, audits, and inspections
- Directly support the development of new globally relevant EHS documentation related to customer service
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in EHS and/or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations
- 5+ years of increasing responsibilities in people and performance management
- Must be able to lawfully work in Luxembourg and provide appropriate documentation
- ISO certification

- Technologically adept and able to learn new systems
- Experience in delivering training material to a wide range of stakeholders

- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented, while seeing and understanding the big picture
- Flexible approach to work and able to manage own priorities and workload
- Experience in developing/working with ISO-accredited EHS management systems
- Experience in coordinating the control of documented information in a management system context

Pay: €106, 000. 00 - €111, 000. 00 per year
