Our Client is a prestigious multinational operating in the Industrial-Manufacturing sector.

To increase the staff, asked us to select the following professional figure:

**EHS Site Manager

? ? ?

**Responsabilities**:

- For the assigned perimeter, guarantee the management of issues related to security, healthcare and environmental conservation.

- Manage EHS issues providing technical and legal support, coordinating EHS specialists and dealing with external organizations.

- Reporting to Plant/Site Manager

- Perform EHS Risk Assessment and define appropriate measures to control risks.

- Ensure implementation and certification of EHS Management Systems according to ISO45001 and ISO14001 norms at manufacturing plants within perimeter.

- Carry out internal audits in manufacturing sites within perimeter to verify observance of standards and guidelines concerning EHS.

- Ensure Implementation of Environment/Safety Pillar according to continuous improvement Company Standard.

Ensure proper collection and processing of data for reporting activities relating to accidents, occupational diseases, and data related to sustainability.

**Requirements**:

- Engineering Degree or equivalent culture.

- At least 8 years of working experience in EHS in a structured industrial international company

- Good knowledge of English written and spoken.

- Knowledge of Environmental and Safety legislations and practices.

- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.

- Knowledge of principles of Environment, Health and Safety Topics in Lean Manufacturing.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Willing to perform a wide range of tasks, positive responds to changes in direction and priorities, and acceptance of new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments.

- Building cooperation among individuals and departments, sharing information and resources, and working to achieve group goals and outcomes.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills and with strong organizational and planning abilities.

- Proactivity.

- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
