Cooperate with the internal resources to achieve EHS objectives. Support the Site EHS Manager to perform EHS Risk Assessment and to define appropriate measures to control risks. Assist Site EHS Manager to coordinate and control activities with respect to EHS, especially where interfaces are involved with other contractors or operation areas. Provide support and advice to site personnel to prevent injury, damage to plant and equipment, fire, and environmental pollution. Recognize the best practices and the good performance.

React to violations to regulations and Alstom Standards. Advise other Site personnel on all aspects of EHS applicable to site activities. Develop Site EHS Management SystemSupport the Site EHS Manager to develop, deploy and maintain the local procedures and tools and ensure alignment with Alstom Standards and international standards (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001). Support the Site EHS Manager to ensure that Alstom EHS standards and tools (Alstom Zero Deviation Plan (AZDP), Transport Operational Performance in Environment (TOPE), Transport Key processes) are deployed at Site level. EHS ComplianceAssist the Site EHS Manager to ensure compliance of the site activities according to the EHS Plan, guidelines, and work instructions. Perform EHS legal compliance checks for specific requirements. Report, Measure & ReviewSupport the EHS Site Manager to capture, report, record, investigate and analyze accidents/incidents in order to implement corrective and preventive actions. Support the preparation of monthly EHS reports and manage EHS reporting system in line with Group reporting requirements under the control of Site EHS manager. Carry out inspections of work areas and perform EHS audits, reporting any discrepancies. You don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
