**Your collaboration**:

The resourse will be responsible for the following activities:

- Organize EHS trainings

- Organize medical appointments

- keep the periodic deadlines under control and manage the execution of activities

- Process orders to EHS supplier

- Periodically verify the legal conformities of the suppliers and produce DUVRI when necessary

- Work proactively to avoid risk situations

- Support the risk assessment process

- Support EHS Governance (report, dashboard, kpi)

- Support the activities necessary for the ISO 45001 and 14001 certifications

- Audit and surveillance

- Support the EHS Manager in alle the back-office activities

**Your competence**:

**Minimum Job Qualifications**:

- Technical o High school diploma

- proficiency in the main MS Office tools

**Desirable, but not Essential**:

- Three-year master degree in Technical Subjects (Engineering; Environment & Safety. . etc)

- Preview experience as EHS Specialist / consultant

- Experience in Management System (ISO 14001 - 45001)

- Basic knowledge of Autocad

- Good English language, spoken and written
