**Your responsibilities**:
- Perform complex administrative activities and take responsibility for delivering specific processes and coordinate and improve the EL HR Leader's agenda and time management effectiveness, ensuring balanced and effective connection with all key stakeholders while ensuring the necessary on-time preparation for meetings and deadlines.
- Organize and support meetings and events, arranging business-critical internal/external events, including travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, conferences, visiting speakers, etc.
- Support, coordinate and enhance the EL HR Leadership Team operating rhythm, while also ensuring strong alignment with the Talent and Learning, HR Operations, Performance and Reward leaders and their teams.
- Establish processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness by optimizing the use of people, processes, and performance to achieve excellence.
Implement ABB processes and initiate continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Research, compile, verify and analyze information and issues special reports, presentations, organization charts, communications, etc.
Ensure the best use and excellent user experience of the knowledge available by creating, sharing, using and managing the knowledge and information of the HR organization.
Develop techniques, procedures and tools for organizing, locating and enabling access to relevant knowledge and expertise to address specific business tasks in our knowledge base.
These include EL HR Share-point/ MS Teams community, EL HR org charts, EL Country Governance stakeholders, etc.
- Take responsibility for ensuring close collaboration and a high level of engagement within the EL HR Leadership team and EL HR community.
Assist the EL HR Leader in establishing and maintaining a strong sense of team and community.
- Support the preparation of HR Webinars and different communication tasks within the HR Function by helping and partnering with EL HR LT and Communication team on defining and executing effective HR communication strategy (including eSurvey action plan execution for EL HR function).
In addition, ensure that knowledge and information is shared and keeping others up to date.
- Based on the priorities and needs of the EL HR Leader and the EL HR Leadership team, support on any other ad hoc projects that may arise and support in the function cofacilitation and coordination of the projects.
**Your background**:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a similar field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a Human Resources Coordinator or Executive Assistant role.
- Digital mindset, proficiency with Microsoft Office including SharePoint and Teams and other company tools such as Traveldoo, SAP, and WorkDay.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- The ability to prioritize and multitask with excellent planning/project management skills.
Structured way of working and a high degree of independence and sense of responsibility, a friendly and approachable demeanor, along with a dynamic and enthusiastic approach to tasks.
- High level of engagement and customer focus including supporting and collaborating even if tasks occasionally out of the scope of the role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, proactivity, strong problem-solving skills, positive and collaborative attitude.
