Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities

- Lead and co-ordinate design activities, set requirements, timing, and resources ensuring the right support to the team to meet/exceed business objectives.

- Be accountable for Projects/Programs milestones, customers' satisfaction, testing, goals accomplishments, cost-out strategies implementation and site installation/service support.

- Work closely with other accountable engineering functions to facilitate flawless projects/programs execution for all business segments

- Develop and promote innovation solutions and initiatives that can evolve our current product lines.

- Follow company and regulatory quality and Environment, Health and Safety standards to ensure projects' compliance.

- Lead RCA and Corrective and preventive action implementation.

- Perform People talent review to create a proper career path for all employees, find opportunities to find talents and expand, retaining and attracting new ones.

**Required Qualifications

- Have at least 10 years' experience within an engineering environment and a Masters' degree in Electrical Engineering

- Have solid technical knowledge of electrical Systems Engineering Integration & Validation

- Have the desire to lead, influence, mentor and innovate working patterns for members of your team that contribute to the success of the business unit

- Demonstrate experience of working with cross-functional teams within a global-matrix environment

- Be an experienced problem solver, with an analytical approach to identifying root causes and implementing solutions

**Desired Characteristics

- Demonstrate good presentation skills, leadership in communicating business goals.

- Strong interpersonal communication & leadership skills

- Be fluent both in English and in Italian (oral and written) and hold an EU passport or work permit
