Description Wood is recruiting for an Electrical and Instrumentation BIM Specialist to join our E&IC Team within the Life Science division based in Milan, working on Pharmaceutical and Bio Tech projects across Europe and internationally.

Autonomously coordinate the 3D model design by Wood Execution Centers, providing these offices with technical support, ensuring their performance and monitoring their compliance with budget and schedulePay regular visits to the Execution CentersCarry out the 3D modeling in coordination with the other engineering disciplinesBe proactive and investigate innovative ways to use BIM in engineering, along with the other BIM expertsDesign and draft electrical diagrams and layouts such as: power and low current, lighting, lightning, grounding, and cable-traysPrepare electrical and instrument hook-ups, Material Take-offs, Instrument & I/O Lists Qualifications Having a High School Diploma or a Bachelor's degreeFluent in English (C1 is appreciated)Speaking Italian as mother tongueExperienced in BIM tools with demonstrated proficiency at Autodesk Revit, possibly in the Life Sciences industryExperienced in Autocad and/or Microstation for 2D drawingsCapable of working in a teamInterested in the coordination of 3rd partiesPassionate about BIM technologiesAvailable to work on assignment either at Clients' sites/offices or in other Wood officesEligible to work in Italy
