Key Responsibilities Analyze project requirements in terms of international/local codes and global client's standards, with a special focus on HyperScale Data Centers connected to HV and MV networks. Design the entire electrical system, starting from utility connection, including power distribution, grounding, lighting, and life safety systems, using software such as Caneco, AutoCAD, Dialux, and ETAP. Coordinate and verify BIM modeling of electrical systems. Interface with multi-office projects and actively participate in interdisciplinary engineering reviews to define and optimize the project. Produce electrical material quantities and verify cost estimations. Define and issue Purchase Requisitions. Perform Technical Bid evaluations of contractor quotations. Check and review electrical network studies, including load flow, short circuit, arc flash, and protection settings analysis. Participate in Vendor inspection tests, particularly for HV/MV/LV switchgears, power transformers, Emergency Diesel Generators (EDG), and Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS). Provide all necessary technical support throughout the entire project lifecycle, including construction. Interface with DSO and TSO (ENEL and TERNA) for power applications and follow-ups. Design and implement sustainable and renewable solutions to enhance system efficiency. Implement production, safety, quality, and customer-service standards. Ensure compliance with general rules and guidelines for team members and subcontractors. Contribute to the capitalization of project experience, improving methodologies through lessons learned and best practices. Support internal standardization and knowledge sharing within the department. Requirements Master's degree in Electrical Engineering. At least 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, ideally in industrial plants and/or Data Centers. Strong delivery and quality focus. Fluency in Italian and English. Willingness to travel frequently or take on short/long-term assignments. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors at all levels.
