We are seeking a talented individual to join our Regional Engineering team within the R&D Department, based in Tognana, Italy. As an Electrical Design Engineer for Special Chiller units, you will play a crucial role in understanding and executing projects for both standard and special units, focusing on electrical aspects.

Your responsibilities will include preparing and distributing documentation for project realization, ensuring compliance with scheduled production times, and interfacing with our sales network, suppliers, and production departments. What will you do in our team? Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team on "Engineered to Order" (ETO) for Chiller unit projects. Design ETO solutions, focusing on electrical aspects, and work with suppliers, Procurement, Industrial Engineering, and Production. Create and review CAD drawings, specifications, and bills of materials. Achieve objectives for cost, quality, environment, and time. Analyze and resolve technical issues for assigned products. Partner with the Application Engineering department on feasibility studies and quotations for special units. Develop electrical documentation for special units, ensuring compliance with production schedules. Introduce and manage special/customized units in production, calculate costs, and source alternative materials. Provide information flow to production and suppliers and address electrical non-conformities to improve final products. What will make you successful? Knowledge of electrical components, regulations, and grounding in electro-technique. Familiarity with thermodynamics, refrigeration principles (desirable) and air conditioning/refrigeration products. Knowledge of Electrical CAD, technical diagrams, and Microsoft Office. Intermediate English skills (written and spoken), with fluency as a plus. Technical diploma (secondary school) or university degree in electrical/electronic fields (preferred). At least 3 years of design experience in the electro-technical, conditioning sector, or in A/C production, is preferred but not essential. Skills:Decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail, accuracy in drawings, and flexibility. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Initiative and professionalism in performance and demeanor.
