We are currently looking for 5 Electrical Designers (automation sector) to support one of our clients in Modena. Responsibilities:Carry out the complete electrical and electronic design of functional groups, machines, and complete lines using CAD tools (Eplan P8), and cooperate with junior designers, both internal and external. Suggest technical solutions compatible with the requirements; interact with other designers, demonstrating listening and mediation skills; agree and support a shared solution. Ensure the creation and validation of the project's electrical BOM (bill of materials), creating a modular and reusable structure when possible. Perform verification and sizing calculations of electrical and electronic components to select from the catalogs of usual suppliers in the automation field. Produce the electrical project documentation suitable for the manufacture of the electrical panel. Be responsible for relevant project activities and their implementation in compliance with quality, time, and costs. Use Windchill for product lifecycle management. About you:Electrical Expert or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent training. At least 2-3 years of experience in a role in companies operating in the sector of automated systems or machinery/machine tools. Knowledge of EPLAN. Ability to work in a team and towards objectives; positive, proactive, and dynamic. Knowledge of the English language. Job details:Duration: 12/24 monthsNext Steps:Someone from the Talent Acquisition department will contact you to schedule an initial HR interview. In case of a positive outcome from the technical interview, there will be a last qualification meeting with the Client. If the final outcome is positive, we will discuss our proposal with you.
