On behalf of a leading international company operating in the hydropower field we are looking for a:Electrical EngineerThe Electrical Engineer will be responsible of the Engineering Department in the Asset Management Business Unit.

The candidate will report directly to the Asset Management Manager. Main responsibilities:Design extraordinary activities on the HP (Hydropower) Plants;Troubleshooting and failure analysis on operational plants;Electrical design (BT/MT)Commissioning and FAT (Final Acceptance Test) of extraordinary works performed;Critical analysis of end-year faults registered and KPI to propose activities to reduce overall downtime (RCM/FEMCA/Pareto);Define the spare parts list and warehouse management;Create technical registry and tree diagram for HP plants;Define technical purchasing specifications and verify supplies' compliance;Interface with other departments;Communicate effectively to team members, team leads, supervisors, and managers. Requirements:Master Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or relevant field;At least 5 years' experience in a similar industrial environment;Experience in reading and drawing electrical diagrams;Good oral and written communication skills across all levels of the company;Knowledge of PLC/SCADA programming will be an advantage;Clear and analytical thinking;Fluent in English. Locations: Milan or Padova.
